JusCubs is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Your orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. JusCubs doesn't deliver items internationally. However, You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within India.

a) Please notify JusCubs of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, JusCubs shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

b) Products should be “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used;

c) JusCubs will notify You regarding the return of the damaged/defective product and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within three (3) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with JusCubs
